1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
caramel sauce

all ingredients to a mixing bowl & mix until incorporated
♥ chill
the dough for 30 minutes
♥ roll
into 1” balls and make an imprint in the top with your thumb
♥ bake
for 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet, until lighty golden
♥ after
cooling for a couple of minutes, reinforce the imprint in the center
of the cookie
♥ after
completely cooled, add caramel sauce to the center of the cookie
♥ enjoy!

12 tablespoons salted butter
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon sea salt

♥ add brown
to tall pan over medium to medium-high heat
♥ stir with
a wooden spoon until sugar has begun to melt and begins to
clump
♥ lower heat
to low and add butter pieces and stir constantly until
melted and the
sugar and butter are smooth
♥ remove
from heat and gently stir in cream and salt
♥ stir until
caramel is smooth and glossy
♥ allow to
cool slightly and pour into an airtight container for storing
